Baroda Management Association (BMA) had organized the 30th Annual Awards for Outstanding Young Managers (AAOYM) from 18-20 February 2021, in Vadodara. Total 19 teams from different organisations across Gujarat such as GSFC, L&T, Reliance, Schneider Electric, ERDA, Koch Glitsch,  Transpek, etc. had participated in AAOYM-2021.

It gives us immense pleasure to inform you that one of our teams, consisting of Mr. Shahishan Mandal (Dy. Manager, Mechanical), Mr. Kevin Vasoya (Mechanical Engineer) and Mr. AmanSinghal (Mechanical Engineer), has been awarded the 1stprize comprising of a team trophy, individual trophies and a cheque amount of Rs. 60,000. The topic selected by the team was ‘TIME TO THINK : WHAT ABOUT FARMERS’.
